The CX Path started with the idea that the customer is the most important person in any business. In today’s economy, you need to think about all the interactions with your customer – Website, Email, Support, Mobile, Social, etc.  Have you ever walked in the path of your customer?  

A bit about me, I’ve helped large companies and startups enhance their brand through smart designs, content, and technology.  I’ve had many roles over the years – but I’ve always focused on creating a stellar customer experience.  My experience working in business consulting taught me to jump in and learn, enhance, and think critically.  Working at a startup taught me so much about working smart, building a savvy team, and listening to all ideas as we grew the business.

My goal is always to make a business run smoother, and to make the business/customer relationship be the best it can be.
